Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, though it may still be eligible for return under our Return and Refund Policy (Section 5).

• NORMAL DUBAI (4–6 Hours): AED 20.00
• UAE COURIER (within 12 Hours): AED 20.00
• Local Pickup: Available at no additional charge from our store location at Dubai Mall, Downtown, Dubai, UAE

4.3 Delivery times stated above are estimates only and represent our typical service standards. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, courier availability, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an estimated delivery time is significantly exceeded, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

4.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts due to customer error.

4.6 For Local Pickup orders, products must be collected from our store at Dubai Mall, Downtown, Dubai, UAE within a reasonable timeframe communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel uncollected orders and process refunds accordingly, subject to applicable handling fees.

4.7 At the point of delivery, the recipient may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification confirming they are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Section 1 of these Terms. Failure to provide such identification may result in the delivery being refused and the order being returned to our facility, with possible additional charges for re-delivery or restocking.

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a return and refund window of 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

5.2 Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The request for return must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, seals, accessories, manuals, and tags.
• The product must not show any signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items: Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable to vaping and nicotine consumption products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken, except in cases of manufacturing defect:

• E-liquids, vape juices, and nicotine salts (once opened or seal broken)
• Disposable vape devices that have been used, activated, or had their packaging opened
• Coils, pods, cartridges, and atomizer heads (once opened or used)
• Any product marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
• Mouthpieces or any items that come into direct contact with the user's mouth, once unsealed, for hygiene reasons

5.4 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where verified, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any applicable delivery charges, at our discretion.

5.5 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer; in such cases, you may be required to provide your bank account details. Refunds may take a number of business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

5.6 Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product, or damage during transit), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
