1. Age Verification and Legal Disclaimer
1.1 All products sold on this Website, including e-cigarettes, vape devices, e-liquids, pods, coils, and related accessories, are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and use nicotine and vaping-related products in your jurisdiction.
1.2 Our delivery personnel and courier partners reserve the right to request valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a Passport, Emirates ID, or Driving License) at the point of delivery to verify the recipient's age and identity.
1.3 If the recipient is unable to provide valid proof of age upon delivery, or if our delivery personnel have reasonable grounds to believe the recipient is under the age of 18, the courier reserves the right to refuse delivery of the order. In such cases, the order may be returned to our facility, and the customer may be responsible for any applicable re-delivery or restocking charges.
1.4 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone aged 18 years or above is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address and time. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from the absence of an eligible recipient.
1.5 We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any stage, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the order has been placed by, or is intended for, a person under the age of 18.
2. Shipping Destinations and Zones
2.1 We currently process and deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates only. Our primary delivery zones include, but are not limited to, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, with additional coverage across other Emirates via our UAE-wide courier service.
2.2 Restricted Areas: We do not ship or deliver vaping products, e-liquids, or nicotine-related products to any location outside the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available at this time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where the delivery address falls outside our serviceable zones or in any region where the sale, importation, or possession of vaping products is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
2.3 If, after placing an order, we determine that your delivery address falls within a restricted or unserviceable area, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the order, including any delivery charges paid.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify, expand, or reduce our serviceable shipping zones at any time without prior notice, in order to comply with changes in courier partner availability, regulatory requirements, or operational capacity.
3. Shipping Fees and Delivery Charges
3.1 We offer the following delivery options and associated charges:

3.2 Free Shipping Offer: Orders with a total value over AED 300 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping under this offer applies to 1–2 Hour delivery within Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah, and 12-Hour delivery for other areas covered under our UAE Courier service. This offer may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
3.3 All shipping charges (where applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to the completion of your order, based on your selected delivery method and delivery address.
3.4 Cash on Delivery (COD): Where Cash on Delivery is selected as the payment method, the applicable shipping fee (if any) will be added to and collected together with the total order value at the time of delivery. No separate or additional COD handling fee is charged unless explicitly stated at checkout.
3.5 We reserve the right to revise shipping rates, introduce new delivery zones or methods, and update the free shipping threshold at any time. Any such changes will be reflected on this page and on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
4. Order Processing Time
4.1 Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once the order is confirmed via phone or email where required), we begin processing your order. Order processing includes verification of order details, age and identity checks where applicable, quality inspection, and secure packaging.
4.2 Most orders are processed and handed over to our delivery team or courier partner within the same business day, provided the order is placed during our normal operating hours. Orders placed outside of normal operating hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next available business day.
4.3 Processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of high order volume, promotional sales, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays.
5. Delivery Timelines
5.1 Estimated delivery times for each shipping method are as follows:
- EXPRESS DUBAI: Delivered within 1–2 hours of order confirmation, available within Dubai.
- NORMAL DUBAI: Delivered within 4–6 hours of order confirmation, available within Dubai.
- UAE COURIER: Delivered within approximately 12 hours of order confirmation, covering wider areas across the UAE.
- Local Pickup: Orders are typically ready for collection within 1–2 days from our store location at Dubai Mall, Downtown, Dubai, UAE. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
5.2 All delivery timeframes stated above are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, courier availability, the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address or contact information provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are strongly encouraged to double-check their delivery details before submitting an order.
5.4 If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the stated estimate, please contact our customer support team using the details provided in Section 9, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
6. Delivery Method and Courier Partners
6.1 Deliveries are fulfilled either through our own in-house riders/delivery team or through our designated third-party courier and delivery partners, depending on the selected delivery method, your location, and operational availability at the time of order.
6.2 Due to the nature of vaping and nicotine-related products, certain mainstream courier and logistics companies may decline to transport these items. We carefully select delivery partners who are willing and able to handle vaping products in compliance with applicable regulations, and the delivery method offered to you at checkout reflects the options available for your specific order and location.
6.3 We reserve the right to change our delivery partners, in-house delivery arrangements, or delivery methods at any time without prior notice, provided that the overall service level communicated to you (estimated delivery time and charge) remains substantially consistent with what was agreed at the time of order.
6.4 For Local Pickup orders, customers must collect their order from our store at Dubai Mall, Downtown, Dubai, UAE within the timeframe communicated to them. Valid proof of age (Section 1) and order confirmation (such as an order number, email, or SMS confirmation) may be required at the time of collection.
7. Packaging Policy
7.1 Discreet Packaging: We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are packed in plain, secure, and discreet outer packaging that does not display any branding, logos, or text indicating the contents of the package, the nature of the products, or the name "Vapor House" on the exterior. This is done to protect your privacy during transit and delivery.
7.2 All products are carefully and securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit, including the use of appropriate cushioning and protective materials for fragile items such as glass tanks, tubes, and bottles of e-liquid.
7.3 While we take every reasonable precaution in packaging, some products—particularly glass components and liquid-containing items—carry an inherent risk of damage or leakage during transit. Please refer to Section 8 for our policy on damaged or leaking goods.
8. Damaged, Leaking, or Faulty Items on Arrival
8.1 We strongly recommend that customers record an unboxing video or take clear photographs of the package (including the outer packaging, shipping label, and contents) immediately upon receipt and before opening or using any product. This helps us process any damage claims quickly and efficiently.
8.2 If your order arrives damaged, with a leaking e-liquid bottle, a cracked glass component, or any other transit-related fault, you must report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery, providing:
- Your order number;
- Clear photographs and/or video evidence of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging;
- A brief description of the issue.
8.3 Claims for damaged or leaking goods reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we are unable to verify whether the damage occurred during transit or after the package was received.
8.4 Once a claim is reviewed and verified, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the affected item(s), a partial or full refund, or store credit, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, available at https://vaporhouse.ae/refund_returns/.
8.5 This damage policy applies specifically to issues arising from shipping and transit. 9.2 For Express and Normal Dubai deliveries, our delivery team or rider may contact you directly via phone prior to arrival to confirm your availability at the delivery address.
9.3 If you are unavailable to receive your order at the scheduled time, please contact us promptly to arrange an alternative delivery time. Repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in additional delivery charges or order cancellation, subject to our discretion.
